A classic polka dot elastic waist fully pleated mini skirt from the 1980s. This skirt is by designer Vis a Vis and in excellent condition. It has a wide elastic waist band so it can be worn either high on the natural waistline making it mini-skirt length, or low on the hips making it knee length.
The skirt is black with large white polka dots and 1" pleats from the waist.
