Returns & Refunds

Chi-Chi-Chic is pretty sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, but we know that buying clothes online is no easy feat! We understand that getting that perfect fit is a tough job. For that reason we measure every product we sell as well as including the label size in the product description. We offer a handy Size Guide to help get as near perfect as you possibly can. We strongly urge all our customers to measure themselves, and an item of clothing they own and know fits well BEFORE placing any orders. Hopefully you'll never have to send anything back.

Most of our prices include postage so if any item of clothing does not fit when it arrives we offer a full refund upon return of the item, less the cost of postage (we are happy to send a copy of the receipt should you want it) provided the buyer notifies us within 3 days of the goods being received by email: lotty@chichichic.co.uk and that we receive the goods back within 14 days of them being delivered to the customer.

In the unlikely event that Chi-Chi-Chic send out the incorrect items we will resend your order and reimburse your postage costs upon receiving the goods back. Again we need to be notified within 3 days of the buyer receiving the goods and receive the goods back within 14 days.

We make every effort to thoroughly check all our stock prior to listing it on the site. All items sold are in good vintage condition. Any damage, stains etc. will be clearly stated in the product description. These however, are not new clothes, and we ask our customers to love these clothes all the more for knowing that they have a history all of their own, and therefore may have small signs of wear and tear. We think this only adds to their vintage charm. But in the unlikely event that we do miss something and your goods arrive with damage that you were not expecting, or have been damaged in transit we are happy to offer a full refund provided we are notified by email within 3 days and the goods arrive back to us within 14 days of them being delivered.

All returned items must be sent Recorded Delivery, or by insured courier to:

Please contact us by email: lotty@chichichic.co.uk prior to returning any item stating:

Your name
Your address
Daytime telephone number
Order Number and description of the goods
The reason you wish to return the item

This must be done within 3 days of receiving the good for a refund to processed.

All items being returned must reach us in the same state they were sent in, for a refund to be processed. They must be sent back in suitable packaging, carefully folded (not badly creased) and with a note stating your order reference.

Chi-Chi-Chic reserves the right to refuse refunds on any items they believe to have obviously been worn or damaged since dispatch, or items which are returned to us outside of the 14 day return period. In this circumstance, items will either be returned to you without refund, or a partial refund given less our cleaning and mending costs.

Chi-Chi-Chic does not accept liability for any damages incurred during RETURN transit. The buyer is responsible for adequately packaging any items being returned and sending them by Recorded Delivery or insured courier.

All returns must be received within 14 days of the goods being delivered in order for a refund to be processed.

Refunds will be processed according to how payment was made.

Chi-Chi-Chic will not cover the cost of RETURN postage unless we have sent an incorrect item, or the item has unexpected damage.

Postage & Delievery

Chi-Chi-Chic offer free UK delivery on most items. If there is a charge it will be clearly stated on the product details page and the check-out page before payment is taken.

Should an item need returning to us because it does not fit, we will happily provide a refund (see our Refunds and Returns bit above) upon receipt of the goods back. This will be the price the buyer paid for the item LESS the cost of postage (we can provide a receipt if you need it). The buyer must send the item back by Recorded Delivery or Insured Courier to:

Delivery will be carried out by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Royal Mail Parcels unless otherwise stated.

All purchases are subject to stock availability.
